MaraNet is an AI receptionist and business assistant system developed by MaraNetDevs. This Privacy Policy explains how MaraNet handles information when customers interact with a business through Messenger or other connected channels.

Information We Collect

• Messenger customer identifier or Page-scoped ID
• Customer messages and conversation history
• Customer-provided name, contact number, branch preference, reservation details, order details, feedback, complaint details, or special request details
• Selected branch, inquiry type, request status, Mara replies, escalation status, and staff notes

How We Use Information

MaraNet uses this information to respond to inquiries, route requests to authorized staff, log conversations for quality review, support restaurant operations, and generate business activity summaries for the business owner.

Who Can Access the Data

Customer conversation data may be accessed by authorized business owners, managers, staff, and MaraNetDevs for technical support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.

Data Sharing

MaraNet does not sell customer data. Customer data is used only for operating the AI receptionist, supporting the business, handling customer inquiries, and improving service quality.

Data Storage

Conversation logs and operational records may be stored in MaraNet system logs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, or other business-approved tools used for the pilot or production setup.

Data Deletion

Customers may request deletion of their conversation data by messaging the business Page with “Delete my data” or by contacting MaraNetDevs at maranetdevs@gmail.com.
